The M1100 user manual does not say anything about hard resetting this unit. Please try these methods below.
Method 1. Connect the unit to a charger and while press and holding the power button and release the button when the lights comes on.
Method 2. Press and hold the power button together with the volume down until the blue light disappear and wait 60 sec before you can turn it on.
Method 3. Press in and hold the mute control (A) and the talk button (B) until the talk indicator light (C) on the headset starts blinking rapidly. Release both buttons.
- Press and hold the talk button (B) again. Wait for the talk indicator light to stop blinking, then release the button.
- Disconnect the AC power supply from the bottom of the base. Wait 5 seconds, then reconnect. The system reset is complete.
- Test the headset to ensure it works properly.
How ever some users believe that draining the battery`s power completely or removing the batteries for 5 minutes can reset the unit.
Please not that these method above worked on other Plantronics headset. IF all these methods does not work on your Plantronics Savor M1100 Please call Plantronics service center for assistance.
