Hi. This Privacy Protection Password can only be reset by a firmware re-flash. Please see the tutorial here to try and grasp idea of what the whole process will involve. Because Mobicel does not make their device's firmware publicly available online, you can contact them directly at support@mobicell.co.za to arrange a software reload - Alternatively, you can go via your retailer (the shop you purchased the Mobicel Metro 2 from) to have them sending it to Mobicel's workshop on your behalf.
