Hey Bervely, is your device like Network locked (as in able to work on/with only one service provider) or it is blacklisted/banned from registering to the network? For the first case, you have three options. 1] Pay the carrier to which the device is network locked a subsidy fee for the unlock code 2] Purchase an unlock code from online retailers like sim-unlock.net 3] Find any worthy local mobile repairs shop and have the taking care of the whole using special code-read equipment.

And for the latter, you will have to contact the carrier on which the phone last worked to understand the reason why it is blacklisted and your options surrounding its being whitelisted again as undoing this (whitelisting it) in any other way that does not involve the police officials or service providers is sadly illegal.
