Sorry for the late reply. Go as though you are going to perfom a hard reset as per the tutorial here www.satechhelp.co.za/1463/Hard-Reset-Vodafone-785ww.satechhelp.co.za/1463/Hard-Reset-Vodafone-785 but choose "wipe cache partition" instead of the "Wipe data/factory reset". Reboot the phone after and observe. You will have to hard rese the phone as per the same tutorial does not resolve your issue. Let us know if you still have issues.
