Hey Anele, you have two options at this stage. You can choose to hard reset the AG Chrome Vibe as per the tutorial here http://satechhelp.co.za/1701/Hard-Reset-Ag-Chrome-Vibe - this measure is temporal in its nature as the internal storage should soon pile up as you download and install apps following the reset.

You can root the AG Vibe. With root access, you can install an app called Link2SD an move virtually all downloaded apps and bloatware to your SD. This is a long-term fix and can only be limited by the size of your SD card.
