Please follow the instructions below. Make sure your phone is fully charged before your start.

  1. Turn off your Motorola ES400.
  2. Then press and hold Power + W + C buttons at the same time.
  3. Untill you see a yellow exclamation on your the display.
  4. Press and hold the wipe/erase factory.
  5. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory default.
  6. DONE
