In case you have forgotten your password or your phone is frozen/freezing.
1. FRP (Factory reset protection) will be triggered: If you have synced your Google account with this phone' you will be required to log in to your google account after a successful hard reset to verify that the phone is yours.
2.If you have forgotten your google account password : Delete your google account from your Boost Mobile Pulse Glide before you hard reset it to avoid  FRP but if you don't have access to your phone's settings then hard reset it and visit  www.saroms.co.za to request a Google account removal tool. Or go here https://support.google.com/mail/answer/41078?hl=en to recover your password.
3. Hard reset done but you don't know your google account login credentials' please go here www.saroms.co.za to request a Google account removal tool.

Answer 1

1. Turn off your Android powered  Boost Mobile Pulse Glide.
2. Press and hold both Volume up and the Power button until it turns on' (Release both buttons as soon as it turns on)
3. Scroll to 'Wipe data/ factory restore' (scroll with Volume Down)
4. Confirm selection with the Power button
5. Select Yes using the power button.
6. Again, confirm with the Power button
7. Wait until you see Wiping complete
8. Short press the Power button to 'Reboot now' your  Boost Mobile Pulse Glide.
9. Done.
