Hey - You are either looking at a corrupted firmware file or a failed hardware. Plug it onto a computer and see if you get the #do ndoo# sound or the task bar balloon popup may have to short press the power after the hookup). If you do that sound/balloon, then the issue may be more software bound than hardware - in which case you will just have to try reflashing the firmware using a tool like the SP Flash Tool. There will be very little you can do (but to turn it in to an authorized ZTE service center) if the issue proves to be hardware bound. You want to try a different battery just to be sure it is not a defect battery. Reply for any further assistance on this.
