my password box wont activate / nothing happens?

Hello

This should be software related issues, Please try the instructions below.

1. Turn off your device

2. Remove the battery for atleast 20 sec

3. After 20 sec please try it again, If nothing happens still' Please boot into recovery mode and choose wipe cache and reboot you phone.

4. if still nothing then hard resetting your phone may be you second last option and you last option is to reload firmware.

Please comment your phone maker and model number for further assistance.
