If pressing the Volume Up and the Power button gives you the "FTM" screen' then try the volume down plus the power button.

FTM = Field Test Mode
The phone will enter this mode if you can press and hold the power button while the phone is on.
Please turn off your phone and then press the volume up button first then followed by the power button.
Do not release the both buttons until the phone switches on.
Release both buttons same time immediately the phone vibrates or turns on

Ive just done it now and it worked for thank you so much....now im able to use my phone
