Image mobile rio hard reset instructions on the answer section below.
You will be forced to hard reset your Image mobile rio smartphone due to the following:
Forgot password
Forgot pin
Frozen on the startup logo
Freezing during use.
Forgot pattern or any other screen lock feature.
But before you hard reset your Image mobile rio smartphone make sure you note down login credentials of the Google account that is synced with your Image mobile rio smartphone.

  1. Turn off your Image mobile rio smartphone.
  2. Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds and then hold the Volume down (don't  release the power button) until the phone turns on' This step should take you to recovery mode.
  3. Scroll to 'Wipe data/ factory restore' (scroll with Volume Down)
  4. Confirm selection with the Power button
  5. Scroll to 'Yes---delete all user data'
  6. Again, confirm with the Power button
  7. Wait until you see Wiping complete
  8. Short press the Power button to 'Reboot now'.
