Forgot password
Forgot pin
Forgot Pattern
Frozen on the startup logo
Freezing during use.
Forgot pattern or any other screen lock feature.

Please follow the instructions below to hard reset your Nokia 7 android phone

Please let us know if need help.

  1. Turn off your Nokia 7 by holding down the Power button and choosing the Power Off option
  2. Plug in your Nokia 7 to a charger that came with the Nokia 7 from the store
  3. Press and hold the Volume Up and the Power button until you are delivered to the recovery mode
  4. Release both buttons as soon as the Recovery Mode pops up.
  5. In the recovery mode' Choose "Wipe data/factory reset". Use the Volume (up/down) buttons to navigate and the Power button to confirm your action.
  6. Select "Yes". Using the Volume Down button to scroll down and the Power button to confirm your action.
  7. When process done' you will see "Data wipe complete" written in white text.
  8. Now' Choose "Reboot system now" to restart your Nokia 7 android.
  9. Follow the on screen instructions to set up your Nokia 7 android as you like.
