1.Turn off your mobicel berry
2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power button.
3. Release the Power button only when the MOBICEL logo apears.
4. Release the Volume Up button as soon as you see the "No command" mode
5. Tap the Power key to bypass the "No command" mode and open Recovery Mode.
6. Select "wipe data/factory reset" using the Volume Down button to scroll down and the Volume Up button to confirm action.
7. choose "yes". Use Volume Down button to navigate and the Volume Up button to confirm that.
8. Wait untill you see wiping complete
9. Reboot system now" with the Volume Up button.
