Hello

You have to flash the main software of your phone' follow the instructions below.

  1. Download and extract the Hisense U989's software/firmware HERE
  2. Download and extract SP FlashTools HERE
  3. Open the extracted folder and click on Flash_tool.exe from list to launch SP flash tool
  4. - Select "scatter-Loading" and and navigate to MT6580_Android_scatter.txt in the extracted software/firmware folder
  5. We recommend not to flash Pre-Loader (untick it) unless you know what you are doing
  6. Select "Download Only" or if upgrade "Firmware upgrade"
  7. Turn off your Hisense U989, remove the battery (if the battery is removable) and replace it after few seconds (and don't switch the phone on).
  8. Click “Download” button to start flashing your phone
  9. Connect your phone into the computer via USB data cable.
  10. The process will start and a red progress bar will appear after color purple, yellow.
