Please be advised that physical damage is usually not covered under Warranty (Guarantee) but the best way to go by is to visit the retailer/distributor from/through whom the device was received/purchased. Insurence normally covers physical damage, theft and water damages normally. Either ways, the best way to go by is as outlined above.
