Please help me to hard reset my ag mobile chrome selfie

I have tried all the steps you mentioned in previous steps posted. But I do not get a option  to answer "yes" when I click on Wipe data/factory reset. There is only No No No No No

Please help me

Hey Ajay - let me know when you are online so we can try and Chat Live http://satechhelp.co.za/chat as we we will be trying out different alternatives as some if not all Chrome Selfies sadly do not have the 'Yes---delete all user data' options. The this is that I do not have the Selfie on-hand to the steps on.
