Welcome to SA Tech Help
My washing machine is about 4 years old, but it still does the job... Recently it's been giving me a "EA" error and it's not listed in the user's manual. I usually just switch it off and back on again until it runs, but it starting to worry me that I might have to replace my washing machine. Its a WTL 8019 model.

The EA code Is a motor generator error.  Seems like the generator or belt is dying, you have to check it if you tech savvy.  4years? ya it is reasonable for the generator to be coughing.
