Please note that a hard reset will delete all data stored in phone storage and reset all settings to factory default.
Please follow the instructions in the answer section below to hard reset your AZUMI A6Q

  1. Hello' Please let us know if the instructions below does not work on your IRO A6Q

    1. Turn off your AZUMI IRO A6Q
    2. Press and hold the Power key together with the Volume up key' This might take you either to Boot mode or recovery mode (if it takes you to Recover mode please skip step 3)
      If the Volume up button + Power button combination does not seems to be taking you either to Boot/Recovery Mode' Please try the following combination
      => Volume Up + Power button (or)
      => Volume Down + Power button (or)
      => Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button
      (Please let us know which combination worked) Thank you
    3. On Boot mode you will be given 3 options namely:
      Recovery mode 
      Fastboot mode
      Normal boot

      Use the the Volume Up to navigate then the Volume down to select
    4. Choose Recovery mode. 
    5. You might be delivered to a no command mode but if not then ignore " Step 5". To by pass the  "No command" please try the following
      => tap the Power Key or
      => Volume Up + Power button (or)
      => Volume Down + Power button (or)
      => Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button
      (Please let us know which combination worked) Thank you
    6. In the Recovery mode use the following keys:
      Volume Up: To move the highlighter up
      Volume Down: To move the highlighter down
      Power key: To select/confirm action
    7. Scroll down to Wipe data/factory reset using the Volume down and press the Power key to confirm
    8. Scroll down to Yes -- delete all user data using the Volume down and press the Power key to confirm
    9. Factory reset should take less than 5 seconds 
    10. Press the Power key to Reboot system.
    11. Your AZUMI IRO A6Q is now back to factory default.
