Hey Pierre - The MTN Steppa tap has 1GB of RAM where the system apps and few user installed apps are kept and 4GB of internally built SD card memory/storage. To move some/all the 'about 5' apps to the built-in SD card memory, navigate to Settings > Apps > Downloaded > ...tap each one of the apps there and > tap the 'Move to SD' button (provided the 'Move to SD card' text is white and not greyish)...
The ultimate way to conquor the space issue would be to root your MTN Steppa Tab - after which you will be able to install an app called 'Link2SD' and with it move all user installed apps to your 4GB bult-in SD card memory.
