Hi. If you have forgotten your screen lock pattern, PIN or password, you can hard reset the Sinotec s7200 to it factory defaults and thus clear the lost or forgotten screen lock with all other user data and apps.

  1. Turn the Sinotec s7200 tablet off
  2. Press and hold both the Volume Down + the Power key (all at the same time) until the tablet power up
  3. You should see the Android System Recovery menu
  4. From there, scroll with the Volume Down key alone to 'Wipe data/factory reset'
  5. Short press the Power key to confirm selection
  6. Again scroll with the Volume Down key to 'Yes---delete all user data' - short press the Power key to confirm selection
  7. When wiping is completed, Reboot now will be highlighted - short press the power button to reboot the tablet.
