Hello

  1. Look for a pin hole on the right side above the power button of the Go-Explorer.
  2. Inside that pin hole there is a reset button.
  3. Get a blunt pin or paper clip or any other related object that can fit in that hole.
  4. Make sure its straightened out and place it into the hole to reach the reset button.
  5. Press the button for about 30 seconds or until the device restarts.

NOTE: This method will not delete any data stored in either the Go-Explorer's internal or external storage.
