privacy protection password to unlock mobicel retro

It is necessary to flash in a new ROM to clear the forgotten/unknown privacy protection password. Please comment below with every number or word visible on the white sticker below the battery (except the IMEI numbers) and we will try and look up a compatible ROM from baidu.com (it is Chinese search engine and thus it requires that visit it using Google Chrome with a translating plugin installed).

There are no numbers in the battery compartment, only the IMEI numbers.

Hey Tinotenda, at this stage, I will suggest you contact Mobicell's Customer Service center from here http://mobicell.co.za/contact/ and see if they will not be willing to send you a link to a copy of the Mobicel Retro ROM. Otherwise, you will have to take it back to your retailer who will then quote you a price and have to mailed to Mobicel's service center for a software re-flash.
