Then it is sadly necessary that either a Custom Recovery or a Complete ROM should be flashed into your AG Chrome Selfie. This is essential AG's fault and they were suppose be able to address the issue free of charge. Try and get in touch with them from their Facebook page here and see what they can do. The sad fact is locating a compatible Custom Recovery Image or ROM to flash online has not proven possible so far.
