This tutorial comes in handy on occasions where the security code of the Nokia Asha 220 (RM-970) is lost/forgotten or when the core firmware files and corrupt resulting in a malfunction of the device model

1. Download the Nokia 220 (RM-970) firmware using Navifirm Plus. Rename the downloaded flash file folder pack to: RM-970
2. Download and install the Nokia Care Suite pack HERE - it is about 230MB and comes with essential connectivity drivers (though its contained Nokia Care Suite seems incomplete)
3. Download and install the latest Nokia Care Suite pack HERE - it about 130MB in size. Omit this step if you already had this latest Nokia Care Suite version installed on to your PC - Scroll down for the reset of the steps

1. Pull out the battery from the Nokia 220 (RM-970) and replace it after and connect it to the computer using a micro-USB cable and ***let all necessary drivers auto-install*** remove it and reconnect it after getting the 'Device ready for use' balloon just to be sure all 3 drivers are install.
2. Navigate to Control Panel > Appearence and Personalization > Folder Options > ...'View' tab > Show hidden files, folders and drives > Apply > OK > close the Control Panel window.
3. Copy the RM-970 folder on step 1 and Navigate to Local Disk (C:)> ProgramData > Nokia > Packages > ...create a new folder there and rename it: Products and place the RM-970 folder in it.
