Hi. To root the ZTE Switch X1, do the following (if you do not have access to a computer, go here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/5876/Root-Virtually-Android-Without-Pc)

  1. Download and install the OneClickRoot software here https://www.oneclickroot.com/download/ onto your computer
  2. Launch/run the installed OneClickRoot on your computer
  3. Open USB debugging at Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging
  4. Connect your ZTE Switch to the PC (computer) through a USB cable
  5. Click on 'Root Now' from the OneClickRoot interface. Let us know if you run into issues.
