1. This method applies particularly for when you have forgotten your pattern, screen lock pin or it thr the NM7116-01 is freezing or has other system related glitch. To do this, turn off the tab
2. Press and hold both the Volume up and power keys until you get a menu with white text
3. Scroll using the volume up key until the <= is on 'Recovery mode'
4. Select the option using the Volume Down key - You will get th Android system revery menu
5. Scroll with the Volume down key and highlight the "Wipe data/fac..." Option - confirm selection using thepower key
6. Scroll to "Yes ---dele..." Option - confirm selection using the power key
7. Short press the power key to restart when the wiping is completed.
