Question

Check Fan No. 1 and to download P-OBRNPWWC-1008.1.rom (usb drive) to upgrade firmware. The live chat line did not work on the link... but when I did contact them they said they cannot service that device.   How to upload the firmware on my Projector if it shuts off automatically due to this error?
The support for Samsung is lacking in this!

Hey BVsajjan, can you confirm if you did check 'fan no.1' to be certain it is not physically bade/defect. There is a disassembly guide here:

An auto power off is not to much of good news and it may mean that the unit will not remain on to allow the firmware load. Auto power of sound like a safety feature kicking in to prevent overheating due to a fan failure. The fan No.1's sensor may be bad should the fan prove to spin well.

Then the sensor may be measuring the exact RPM (Revolution Per Minute) of each fan and perhaps found No.1 relatively low. It is, unfortunate that I am not able to locate a service manual for SP-H03 model. If you could, you would try to swap the fan No.1 with another one similar it and again power the projector up and see if you get the same error. Lastly, I honestly trust that you may be able to avail the best help by reaching out to the folks at Justanswer.com - it is a paid service but they may just have the service manual thereof handy.
