Hey Pheello. Are you able to reset it from the recovery menu? Do both volume buttons navigate normally when pressed through the Android system recovery menu? Have the phone previously got wet? Yes I am able to reset it from recovery but it keep going back. Yes the volume down scrolls downs and the volume up selects. And no it hasn't gotten wet. I just woke up and tried switching it on like always and then bam!  Recovery.

This sounds like a sticking key (particularly the volume up key) - to try and confuse the recovery menu key combination, try to repeatedly press the volume down key as you power up the phone as normally (using the power button) and see if it does not boot into the "normal mode". Do let us know

I've tried it but there is still no change... When I press the power button, it shows the AG mobile screen and then it switches off. Then it switches on again and shows the AG mobile screen again then straight to the android character with a triangle with an exclamation ( recovery).

You must have a shorted channel on the phone's main PCB then. Do have it disassembled and the board thoroughly flushed with electronic cleaning spirits (like Methylated spirits) and let to dry. This can be done for you any local phone repairs shop.
