Verssed does not prove to have a "Contact us" page to allow a support email request for copies of their smartphones and tablets' ROMs or firmware. I would therefore suggest you go via your retailer (CNA, Jet or Edgars) who will then book your tablet for a software reload at Verssed's service center. This will be a paid service and hence you will be quoted a service price.
