Hey Maria, Can you please try and follow the tutorial here http://satechhelp.co.za/1635/Hard-Reset-Ag-Chrome-Selfie with one exception - i.e. on Step .5 choose 'Wipe cache partition' and then restart the Chrome Selfie as per Step .9 and observe. You may want to resort on resetting the phone completely if wiping cache does not resolve your issue. This may indicate a bad touch screen as well - especially if short pressing the power button still dims and light the screen.

One of the AG Chrome Selfie units with a 'buggy' Recovery Mode/partition :( ... Does it do this both when you choose 'Wipe cache partition' and when you choose 'Wipe data/factory' reset? If yes, then your only other option is to have AG Mobile servicing it for you. To do this, you can either go via your retailer (store you bought the Chrome Selfie from) of contact AG Mobile directly at 0861 24 33 33

Does the screen turn off and on when you toggle it by short pressing the power button.

the screen go on but not on and off what I also don't get is there is no yes there so what does that mean as I did try the no's also but still nothing eish my life is standing still without my phone
