If you have a Google Account set up on the device, FRP is active. This means that after a factory reset, you'll be required to log in to the Google Account using the username and password. If you have multiple Google Accounts set up on the device, you can log in using any of the accounts. Factory Reset Protection (FRP), is a security feature on Android devices with Lollipop 5.1 and higher.

Hello

  1. If you want to reset your device to factory defaults, but don't remember your Google username and/or password, you can reset your password at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/41078?co=GENIE.Platform
  2. Wait for 24 hours for the password reset to sync with all devices registered to the account.
  3. After 24 hours' turn on the Mobicel rebel, connect it to a Wi-Fi network and log in to one of the Google account synced with the Mobicel rebel using the new password.

Or Please follow the instructions on this video if the above instructions did not help.
