When I click the page refreshes on internet,why(AG mobile Ta2012/1603)

Hey harry - Can you lookup a model name instead of a model number on the same white sticker under the battery. You will get something like: AG Thintha, AG Sting, etc. Also, the details of the questions are queite brief. In so much that I am not sure I am reproducing the question correctly.
