Hey Lungile - What error message are you getting. The common issue could be that the ATMs you have been at do not have the necessary bank note denominations to tender the sent amount - an example would be if you were sent R540 and trying to withdraw that from an ATM that is without R10 or R20 bank notes. Be be advised that you can have your sender cancelling the transaction from their end  and resend it afterwards (with a modified amount if necessary - a series of 50s and 100s is recommended as ATMs hardly have 10s & 20s these days. Also make sure you are entering the voucher correctly and fast. Let us know if you still need help or reply with the error message you are getting below.
