I know a special designed android data backup app, just few simple steps to transfer everything from your phone to computer, and you don't need to root your phone, just need enable usb debugging on your phone.

​You will need the Samsung PC Studio and a USB cable if you want to transfer contact to your computer remove memory card to avoid the USB MASS STORAGE screen appearing in your phone's display. Autoplay window should open on your computer screen Choose "Samsung PC Studio".

Installed and of course does not work as it cannot see the phone.  The only cortect andwer is one where you coild
Sst the phone with dialer code to activate either usb debug or set it as file server. Or using same set it so usb transmits vid anf then use adapter to project to a tv or other screen.  Bluetooth settings another winner but again need use 'secret' dialer code.  Os on phone is not android but proprietory os by Samsung.
