What AG phone model do you have? It does appear like there is an AG model that would allow a reset through the use of a number though. Please comment below with the model number (located on a white sticker under the battery) and we will gladly assist further.

AG Mobile devices comes with 12 months warranty for such failures. If you still have the packaging and receipt, the best you can do is to take it back to Pep to avail a free service or replacement. You can also contact AG Mobile directly should Pep prove reluctant.

I was told to keep the receipt with me for any problem like such, but its unfortunate that i had put it on my pocket of my shirt, by the time i was washing, i had to wash together with it.
i went by Pep Stores and i was told to product the warrant receipt which i didn't have, now am looking for your help. i really need my phone back to normal cause without this phone, i will miss a lot of things. Please help me.

Well, I was hoping to walk you through some troubleshooting over Whatsapp if possible. Would you have to know anyone owning the exact AG device model? Let me know when we can converse over Whatsapp.
