Question

I am dialing the *130*277# to buy prepaid airtime and I get a message telling me that the service is currently not avalable due to routinal maintenance and that I should try again later. Does anybody know when the service will be back online. What do they meam by 'later'.

Ah it is back online now (as of 21/09/15) but it may have remained offline for over 5 hours. I understand that banks normally performs scheduled maintenance work on Sundays and after midnight during weekdays but I just expected, as it is common with other companies, that they disclose the estimated time (e.g 3PM to 23PM) and tweet updates if necessary on Twitter :)
