Hello

Hard reset the Mobicel Ultra in the following way

  1. Turn it off - yes off :)
  2. Press and hold both Volume Up and the Power button at the same time until the the Chrome Ultra turns on - you will see the Mobicel with the words "recovery mode =>...)
  3. Short press the Power button when you see the Android robot lying on it back (with some Chinese text below it) to display the Android System recovery menu.
  4. With the Android System recovery menu displayed, scroll down using the Volume Down key and highlight the "Wipe data/factory reset" option
  5. Confirm selection by short pressing the Volume Up key
  6. Again scroll down using the Volume Down key and highlight the "Yes - - - delete all user data" option
  7. Confirm selection by short pressing the Volume Up key
  8. Wait until wiping is completed...
  9. Ensure that "Reboot now" is highlighted and then short press the Volume Up key to restart the Mobicel Ultra
