I bought this phone for R500 and now its frozen .

  1. Press and hold the power button and volume up until the phone turns on.
  2. The combination above should be able to take you to boot mode.
  3. In the boot mode (volume up to select volume down is ok)
  4. Select Recovery mode using the volume up and then press the volume down to confirm.
  5. You will be delivered to the no command mode.
  6. Use the volume up + power button to bypass the "no command" 
  7. In the Recovery mode use the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to confirm.
  8. Scroll down to Wipe data/factory reset and press the power button to confirm.
  9. Done. Reboot the phone.
