Mobicel Shift camera problem

When I tap on my mobicel shift camera, then it shows me,

"Cannot connect to camera. Please close any other app that may be using the camera or flash."

What can I do?

Please help.

Do you have a video calling app or QR reader installed on your phone?

  • Soft reset the phone: Press and hold the power button until the device restarts.
  • Reset the Camera: Go to Settings > Apps > All > Camera > Force stop the app and enable it again' clear cache and data.
  • Let us know
