Good day,

I am just wondering how does this thing of AG Ultra phone works?it is a dual simcard phone but what is astonishing ,when you trying to switch on dual sim it doesn't work Why?

Secondly ,when I try to check money in each simcard it only accept one simcard so I always wonder why this phone is a dual simcard? And how can I switch on dual sim so I can check airtime etc.*on that phone without any troubles
