1. Clear & data from the Google Play Store and Google Play Services - Settings > Apps > Play Store >...
2. Add another Google account, and then remove your own - re-add your own and remove the new one and retry the app store.
3. Last, you may have to download and install the Android Download Manager APK to overide the stock D' Manager. You can use a friend phone to download the APK and send it via Bleutooth.
