Hi. I bought my AG chrome swift dual Sim card 4 months ago everything was fine till recently it started not responding, the power /unlock button would work but sometimes wouldn't work at all,when I need to wake up the phone I have to plug it onto the charger or someone should at least call me if I'm not home...what could be the cause of this? Any help would be highly appreciated

Hey Owen, This is most likely caused by an internally failed power button mechanism - something not at all uncommon. The button mechanism can be replaced withing 5 minutes with the right tools. Otherwise, you should be able to get it done for you for around R100 at virtually any local phone repairs shop. The part is quite standard across several device models and should not be a pain to find a repairs shop that has it.
