Freezing for android phones is common: Possible reasons

  1. If you have an unresponsive app that consumes more memory than expected.
  2. If you have a lot of apps that are running in background.

This are the most common problems for basic android phones like your a Stylo F1. This problem can also hide the end or receiver call for 2 to 10 seconds during an incoming phone call.

Solution: Uninstall certain/such apps.
