problems with chrome selfie

I have tried whatever i could my whatsapp simply won't update on my chrome selfie. Now my Google playstore also seems to have a problem and keeps telling me timed out. I have also received a whatsapp verification no but have no idea what to do with it. Can anyone please help. Another message i keep receiving is that i do not have sufficient space and there is enough space. I feel extremely frustrated already this is going on for weeks already. Please help me

Hey Taachja - This is what is up

  • The phone insist on installing apps onto the internal memory even if there is an SD card (Whatsapp is one of the stubborn ones which would not go to the SD card even if the phone is set to SD as the default install location). This being the reason why you are receiving the 'Low disc space' alert. You therefore should either root your device or uninstall some of the apps you are no longer using. Rooting is not straight very easy and not necessary if you are an average phone user.
  • To update your Whatsapp Messenger app now, go to Settings > Apps > All > Whatsapp > ...Uninstall > confirm... When done, reinstall Whatsapp as per the guide here http://www.satechhelp.co.za/1611/Install-Whatspp-Messenger-Android-Without-Adding-Email Do let us know should you still have issues.
