The easiest way out is to root your tablet. And then use the app called Link2SD move apps to your SD card as some apps stubbornly default to the internal memory when installed. Please resubmit if your issue is not a low applications storage space used by new applications.

This is all apps that I recently installed via playstore. Now I can't download anything because it says the memory is full and I must delete some apps
