I recently bought a Netsurfer Viper LTE from Ackermans, but the phone is constantly slow and overheating. A hard reset does not help as I have downloaded System panel and my cpu is constantly at 50 - 100% CPU. I am at a loss for which app is causing the slow downs, also checked with Malwarebytes but did not find anything or the phone freezes during scanning.

1 RAM and 1.3 quad core CPU. The phone is not supposed to be hot unless you are running low on internal memory and or if you play heavy games then it will be hot and slow. If you are not low on internal memory I suggest you report the issue at Ackermans or ask for and exchange.
