The sender will not be notified but the receiver will. Standard bank instant money is not like FNB's e-wallet where the receiver can choose how much he/she wants to withdraw from the wallet, on instant money you don't even get that option to choose how much you want to withdraw, the money starts coming out once you are done entering your pin and the voucher number. So a withdrawal notification for Standard bank instant money is not necessary in this case.
