Hardset options not appearing

Hi SA TECH HELP,

I followed the instructions on the link, however it is now stuck on the powered by android screenshot. Uhm before I encountered the problem with the phone not switching on it would send messages saying unfortunately all applications have been stopped. uhm and yes the back of the phone does get hot which did worry me previously but didn't pay much attention to it. However as I said early that after following the link the phone is now stuck on the powered by android screen.

Hey Dudu, I encountered a similar issue with Steppa 2 and though It could let me perform a reset as per the same instructions, it still came to freeze at the Qualcol screen and the back would get hot to touch. I concluded the issue to be hardware-borne and had to give the phone back to the owner as I had limited tools for working with hardware.
