Hello at Satechhelp. Well, selling this clutter junk is not a bad idea at all. As the Mobicel developer might have been drunk or an apprentice he never pre-installed the OTA settings, software updates and the write default disk properly so one can transfer Apps with ease to the external SD Card. Without having to Root and create SD card partitions blah blah. Total headache

Mobicel is a distributor not a manufacturer, they buy already made cellphones from China, print their brand name and install operating system. They do not release software updates like your Samsung or huawei.
