Hello.​ 

  1. Turn off your Hisense U605
  2. Press and hold Power key for 3 seconds and hold also the Volume up
  3. When "Hisense" logo appears (this may take few sec) release the Power key only and keep holding the volume up key.
  4. Release the volume up key as soon as you an android robot with an exclamation mark
  5. Press and hold the power key for 2 seconds then tap the volume up to bypass the current screen.
  6. Now you are in Recover mode, here you will use the "Volume buttons" to navigate up and down and the power button to confirm selection.
  7. Scroll down using the Volume down button to "Wipe data/factory reset" and then press the power button to confirm action.
  8. Wait for the wiping to be completed...
  9. Select 'Reboot now" and press the power button to restart the Hisense U605.
